What I hope that people come to see is that this thread hardly compares to the other development threads for the fact that RShanko has stated that he has pictures, yet he chooses not to post them.

There are many other development threads on this forum that are actually just that where there is a question and answer type of thing, but if you read the previous thread, it was not even a Q&A thread.

RShanko has said he has pics, has shown them to a select few, but won't show them here, yet wants people to buy the kit.

I guess you never saw chicken wire.
The details on this model are as exactly accurate to the TV version Firefly as possible.
The diamond pattern is the exact size and shape.

Bryan, clean up this thread. Delete all the BS including yours.
We want a clean project thread, even if this is a dictatorship.

Ron, take a pill. You are a member with very little respect in the legitimate modeling industry and, as such, are in no position to demand anything.

I think Bryan's response hit the nail on the head to all the responders who want development threads locked if there aren't pics. Ron claimed to have this and and he claimed to have that. But he would never post it publicly. Then he claimed that he was sharing his work privately. Other development threads don't go out of their way to claim they have progress but not post it. Most serious builders and pattern makers seek feedback.

You can't have it both ways. If you want to run a private project, then take your chicken wire and set up your own blogspot. If you want to post publicly, then grow a pair, post your work and let the chips fall where they may.

As for legitimate feedback on your progress...how do you plan to mold that so your castings have the mesh detail? As a one-off build, I like what you've got going, so far.
