Am I missing something or have 21 people (27%) still not received anything? I know there were a couple gifts that went out late, but that number seems high. Or are porch pirates targeting us?
List is updated. Late here so I will save my thank you for later but needless to say, doppelganger sent me something I've been meaning to make myself for a long time and I absolutely love it.
My recipient's tracking info just finally updated (for the first time since 12/25), and it says it's "Available for pick-up", so I'm assuming (hoping) that means my recipient (Mockle) just has to pick it up from their PO box or something
As for my gift, surprisingly I've been able to resist the urge to open it, but it's getting harder and harder. Of course now that my recipient's gift is basically delivered I doubt I'll wait much longer (I'll make sure to post plenty of pics as soon as I do open it, probably later tonight).
Mine has...ARRIVED!! My Secret Santa gift is here and so is a very unexpected but wonderful "Thank you" from a fellow member here. I believe its a thank you for doing him a Solid?....lol
Firstly here is my SS gift.
It came with a letter....
Disapointed......hmmmmmm am I disapoin NOOOOOOOOOOO. NO I AM NOT. This is a really good. Ive already got a perfect frame for it to hang it in my man cave above my Indy collection. Thank You SS, you got skills.
I was just going to the USP site to look at the tracking info! And opened the link here! Glad it came!
To be honest... I was like 'holy sh!t' when I saw your machining stuff.. and was like: "duuuuuuuude, I dont wanna send some one my hobby non-sense to someone who is a real machinist!" LOL
but Michael Bergeron talked me off the ledge! haha
At least its Original Trilogy!
** One little 'oopsie' there..
I noticed the the BOTTOM of the diatium power cell was LEFT BEHIND! I Only noticed after I got home and saw on the floor where I was packaging everything up! (hence the comment 'good thing you are machinist/have access to a lathe!) LOL
Hollow with end cap to hold an led to light it up for a stand alone prop!

Everything is awesome..... everything is cool when you're par........wow... I may have had a few too......many?....not enough? All I know is I havent had exactly the right amount. But I do know that i'm hugely thankful for the gifts. One will go on display and the other will most likely be worn out in 6 months or so.
P.S. for my SS.... pics of pic in a frame hung to follow...
I hope you like them! I hate gifting used/pre-owned items, but since that Iron Man Helmet/Mask Case Blu-ray is pretty rare I decided to make an exception, plus it's basically in mint condition as far as I could tell (other than the packaging).
Anyways, after I saw yours was delivered I finally opened my SS gift last night, and I received a custom lightsaber and a couple of awesome drawings!
Here are some pics of the items (the Blu-rays were not part of the gift, I just couldn't resist including them all in the pics)...
Obviously I added the lightsaber "blade" in the first pic using a photo editing software (GIMP)
Naturally I wish that it was a more accurate "replica" of one of the actual lightsabers from the movies, but it's still pretty damn cool, and definitely more than I hoped/expected to receive. Thanks again Broilermaker!
As for the drawings, I absolutely love the one of Nite Owl's ship from Watchmen, it's amazing! I also think the drawing of the 60s Batmobile is great, although I have to admit I've never really been a fan of that version of Batman (probably because it came out around 20 years before I was born), but it's still cool. I wish I could draw even half as good
Oh and I also received some other pretty awesome Christmas gifts that I can't resist sharing some pics of...
1. iPhone 6 - I was going to buy this for myself on Thanksgiving, but my mom offered to pay for it as a Christmas gift (I will also be getting $61.99 in cash back via eBates from the order ). Oh and all the above pics were taken using the iPhone 6, which is why it's not actually in any of them.
2. Stranger Things: Season 2 VHS Style Target Exclusive Blu-ray/DVD - Bought it using some Christmas cash I received.
3. Venom Amazon Exclusive Blu-ray - Bought it as an early gift for myself.
4. The Meg Best Buy Exclusive 3D Combo w/ Slipcover - Bought it as an early gift for myself.
5. Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets NovaMedia Exclusive 3D Combo (#82 of 1,000) - Another gift for myself.
6. Framed Lenticular Wall-Art (Captain America, Groot, and Wham/Pow) - From my brother
7. Handgun shaped 16gb USB Storage Drive - from my mom.
8. Avengers: Infinity War Iron Man Funko POP - Received it from a friend.
9. Tactical Sling Bag w/ Superman patch - Also from my brother
10. (8) AMC Yellow Tickets - These were from my aunt & uncle. They didn't know that I already have an AMC A-List membership, so I get to see up to 3 movies per week for "free" ($20.95 a month).
(Click the spoiler tag to see a list of the items with some info on each one)
Oh and last but not least, I also received an awesome DC Comics characters canvas/wall-art thing, which I've already hung below my "DC Comics Blu-ray shelf" (you can see part of my 100" projector screen in the reflection of the JL poster )...
Ok that's it (other than some cash and a few non-movie related gifts), I hope everyone else had a great Christmas/Holiday season
Night Owls "Archie" drawing is really nice. Still say that Watchmen is the best DC movie adaptation since Superman II. Nothing has come close to it yet.
That's a really cool custom Saber, too. I have made quite a few myself and I may take some ideas from yours. What is the label next to the switch? I can't make it out.

I reqlly love one-off lightsabers like this! Everyone and their brother has a Graflex, but it seems to really capture the spirit of lightsaber lore when the maker uses their own creativity to come up with something individualized and unique. I have two lightsabers, and half a dozen Harry Potter wands, and none of them are from the movies, lol!
Mark me as received and mark me as AMAZED. I'll upload pics as soon as I can stop looking at my gift. Or tomorrow.
Can't thank you enough Secret Santa!
Alright folks, as stated in the first post gifts won't be considered "lost" until the end of the first FULL week of January, which is next week. However let's get the jump on it and ask:
