I could not wait either. Dude my gift is epic. I received some money and a Luggage tag from the Verse (Wahoo My first Piece of my Browncoats costume) Some really cool post cards from Star Wars as well as a Death Star Visitor Badge and a Pod races one. (Going to have to frame those) A really cool looking Postcard from Metropolis. (The Smallville Version which I perfer) and last but not least a Security Card from Stargate Atlantis. Funny thing is I received the Security card for Dr. Rodney Mckay. The only Stargate Atlantis Costume I own is a season 1 Dr. Rodney Mckay uniform. I am just floored by either the amount of research my santa put into that card or the sheer odds of Santa picking out the one card that is the perfect match for my costume. :eek Thank you very much santa. Very much appericated.

Damn!!!!! That is epic!!!

First coat of Paint down and looking good. Surprising since its about 50°f and 99% humidity. How many of you have the Cojones to Paint in weather like this. (see Photo) My trick is spraying in the garage then running between showers back to the house (about 50 yards) where it can dry. Then Sand and repeat. Thankfully I finished the Second layer and got it in Just before it really started coming down. Kind of Exhilarating. Now I find myself between a rock and a hard place. On one hand I want it to stop raining so I can finish the Project in peace. On the other hand here in Texas we really need the Rain. Oh well what'cha gonna do?

I have you beat brother, it's only about 30degrees hear today and snowing. Painting in the garage, then bring it in to dry, take downstairs to sand, then out again. . . You get the idea. It just means you and I are dedicated man, we take this secret Santa business serious. :confused

I hear you and Feel you brother!

Here is a take on the Mail motto reformatted a bit for us RPF Secret Santas!

Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays these craftsmen from the swift completion of their appointed gifts.

Received my Gift, not opened it yet, although it is severely tempting........

Bulk of my gift was made at the weekend, but ahhhhhrrghh, ran out of silicone, need to order some more before i can pull a cast and paint. May be cutting it close to getting it out, but i will get it out before xmas!

i just got the last 2 bronze parts out of slurry, came out nice, now for some pounding and welding... i think its gonna be a nice present :)

Just got mine package today, it's heavy, I'm waiting until christmas to open it, but I hope nothing is broken or messed up cause the we got a new mail person who drops the packages on the front stoop, I heard him/her drop all 3 boxes (Cause my mother ordered some stuff for christmas for me and my father too) from my room with my door closed while playing Batman Arkham City with my headphones in. :thumbsdown Bad Mail Person. They also left my mail box open when they put the mail in.

Anyway, back to sewing my SS present now that I'm more awake and less likely to put the needle through my finger.

Sending out mine tomorrow. There was a delay I was out of town. But will get it out in time to be received for Christmas :D

Mine arrived.
I have EVERYBODY beat!!!

So I received a package today. No big deal as I receieve a package almost every day. I was getting ready to open it then the wife reminded me it could be from my Secret Santa, which I wanted to wait until Christmas day to open. So I asked her to open it in the other room and tell me if it indeed WAS from my SS. After a few minutes I heard, "Oh my GOD!" followed by serious laughter. She rewrapped it, came back and said, "Oh, yeah...this is SO from your SS and you are going to love it!" I said, awesome! then she said that she wants me to open it NOW! I said, "Why? Is it alive???" (still laughing) "No...but this is something that just can't wait!" I caved and opened it.

What was inside?
