2" Star Destroyer

this is of course if you accept the scale contention that the SSD is about 9:1 for the SD.

most sources I've seen put the scales sizes for the SD as 1 mile. and the SSD as 6 miles long.

ie a ratio of 6:1.

and to be fair that is how it is portrayed on some side scale plans that have been published. If' I'm wrong I stand to be corrected, but 9:1 as a size ratio sounds to extreme to me.

I would have thought the only thing that can assist with scaling is the bridge tower as both the SSD and the SD use the same one. so however that scles, is the size.

Thanks for the input. :D

I got the info from the book "Star Wars Complete Cross Sections". Super Star Destroyer (Executor) - Just OVER 8 times LONGER than an Imperial Class Star Destroyer (approx 13,000 meters).

A little extrapolation, a tweak with the math, add a double-cheeseburger and fries, and I came up with 'just a smidge around 2 inches'.

Wow, that's impressive. I respect anyone who can work with that much detail on something so dang small! Good job.

neato!!! Hey for the globes on the conning tower, I saw some tiny spherical headed pushpins in the sewing section of Joanne's Crafts store today.

Dave :)

Thanks everyone. I am humbled by the company.

The globes are going to be 1.5mm ball bearings.

But thanks for the heads-up on the push-pins.
