Great work! I remember reading that the real ILM maquette had the mylar peel off a bit after time spent in storage. Any concerns about that? And, BTW, where does one get chrome mylar?

i saw the ship at the art of star wars in edinburgh and yes it was starting to peel in areas, the engine rear "points" looked to be machined metal though.

perhaps a coat of auto lacquer could stop this happening?

Here it is on it's base. The base was inspired by the landing platform on Coruscant.
