Gino (or anyone else), I posted a question over at JRS about putting together a TIE helmet, and had some success, but wondered if you could offer any additional advice-
when gluing the triangular mohawk piece down onto the central strip, how can you get a nice clean join without any gaps and avoid glue squeezing out and spoiling the finish.
Superglue gives a strong gap free effect, but excess stuff can ruin the gloss finish of the plastic(I don't want to paint).
Does anyone use a glue where excess can be cleanly wiped away. I was thinkng maybe E6000.
