Y Wing 1/18th scale....problem is, you have to scratch build everything....!!

Yep, the pleasure of scratch building. Using your imagination to see forms and parts from everyday items...those engines look very good already

Not much else done, got her outside for scale review...... ....That fat guy in the back skews the scale, but she is 1/18th or darn close to it....

The engine cones were too 'pointy' so fixed that, just needs more sanding.

The Y-Wings in the films have definitive detail and there are many different interpretations in the model kits. Scratch building is always fun and because of the scale there's no relative kit bashing, so I'm just making it up as it goes along.....
