Wolverine all day baby! Jackets, belts, claws, oh my.

Here are the plaid shirts I got for Wolverine so far:

From left to right, the first is a Converse One Star, then an Areopostale, and a Hollister Co. I always keep an eye out for shirts on ebay that I think Logan would wear.
 
Those look very "Wolverine" darkside! I have a few from Hollister and Aeropostale as well.

I thought I would share this: I have a heart condition so wear a medical alert tag, being the Wolverine fan boy that I am I had a set of Canadian dog tags reversed engraved with my name, blood type, and other medical info, I also just wear the bottom tag. So, it looks like Wolverine’s just with my name and info. I have worn it for about 4 years, usually under my shirt. The other day, I wore it over my shirt when I went grocery shopping. The cashier asked me what kind of tags they were and replied they are Canadian style and I use them as medical alert tags. He asked me if I have ever seen “X-Men” or “X-2” because they look like Wolverine’s tag. I was like yeah they are pretty much just like and then we talked about how they break them apart in the flash backs. I’m not sure about you guys, but I love it when my Wolverine stuff (jacket, dog tag, belt buckle) gets noticed, but I do it because I like the way it looks not to draw attention. It gets me how notable the stuff Hugh wears in the films are to the general public.
 
Panhandle Slim and Lucky Brand asided from some actual vintage flannels/ western pearl snaps are what I search for and own. They HAVE to have pearl snaps and western style yoke on the shoulder and back. I have two I liked the pattern on so much I wound up removing the buttons and adding the pearl snaps with a repair kit you can find at most any craft store.
I've talked to Dan "the man" and he's done the same thing, so it's a must to findand achieve the proper look for those of us willing to go the extra mile....aka going nuts.

I totally agree with you, he wears pearl snap AND button shirts, so it doesn't have to necessary be pearl snap to be a "Wolverine" shirt. I think in X-O and X-1 he wears more button shirts (The first shirt he wears in X-1 might be pearl snap, I can't tell) and X-2 and X-3 he wears almost exclusively pearl snap shirts. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.

Personally, I have both pearl snap and button up shirts.
But I'm impressed that you add your own pearl snaps to your shirts, superdrool! I'm starting to notice that I'm not as dedicated as a lot of you guys, I'm not sure if that is good or bad. haha
I know I have said it before, but nice suit, TheWolverine, have fun man! I have never been to a comic con I bet it is cool experience.
 
^That is the shirt he wears near the end of the movie. I was referring to the one in the bar scene and first Sabretooth fight in X-1. Thanks anyway man.
 
Haha looking at my flannels/button ups, my very first flannel shirt I bought for a Wolverine look (around 2009-2010) was a red/black pearl snap :cool

I got a what I think is clearer shot of the claws, they used the same scene with Wolverine stabbing some henchman in both trailers.

There are better shots of the bone claws in some of the promo shots that I have posted though where there isn't any movement.
The trailer is awesome, but I'm a little disappointed that there isn't any great shots of the claws, jacket, belt, or future suit. I'm really pumped for this one though!

Sorry if there is nothing new in there but there were some that I didn't have or higher resolution than what I had previously.

I thought it was a great picture of the detail on the buckle. I imagine the part that you can't see is a inverted mirror of the part you can see.

That pic confirms I was right about the 70s belt design being the same all the way around the belt so no worries about that in my head. Also the X-jet looks like it gets destroyed (again -_______-) and from what it looks like, future Wolvie is the hand on that throttle of that escape pod judging from the glove @1:35.

It looks like according trailer that he wears 2 shirts in the 70's. The one we have seen in the promo shots and this dark shirt.

I wasn't trying to imply that all of his shirts were actually pearl snaps, yes some were button (but I shutter at that thought :p ) I think they are way easier to handle and don't ever have to worry about holes, nor them popping off.

On the X1 bar scene: I want to say it was either true vintage, Panhandle Slim, Pendleton, or Ralph Lauren.
