I just took all of the wires and lights out. I use a hairdryer to re shape the head alittle. I hope to build a back for the head. I may cut the lower jaw and add some length.

Nice work on the mask. I'm working on converting one of the 'launching fist' arms into a gauntlet right now. I can't wait to see what yours will look like all finished. Good luck.
