My Matrix Lightning Gun

Hi everyone !
I decided to make my own Lightning Gun from the Matrix.
I took all my references from the one at Propstore :

And I start with 3D modeling...
The frame :

...and all the oher parts... :

Exporting all those parts (42) and printing them :

The all build take shape around a diam. 32mm PVC pipe

These "canisters" as I call them, are painted and I made a little vinyl cut for the goldy round shape :

Painting, and test assembly :

6mm metal rods for supporting the structure, and an 8mm aluminium tube for the screen support :

Now, I need some wires and hoses, weathering, a couple of modifications, details....
I'll keep you posted !

Very nice. I’d love a set of those files if you make them public. the stunt Lightning Gun with the Propstore was mine and I’ve regretted selling it since.

For now, my replica will be a "static" one. But I made an hollow version of the files for the screen case and the Flashlight, with room to put real electronics in it.
And why not an "arc generator" in the barrel to make real sparks from the nozzle ? Who's in for it ?

How was the real piece in hands ?? It looks quite the same as the one from Mr Savage... is it ?

Wires : Shower hose, 8mm electric sheath, old hdmi cable.
Ready to shoot at some sentinels !!

Maybe for next time : Working Flashlight, Real LCD Screen...

Wow, I just found this build. My son and I were just taking about designing and making this. lol. Hard to believe this amazing weapon hasn’t been replicated until now.

Hi there,
No.... I'm having some trouble letting this baby go to be honest....

Not mentionning that this is a display version, not made to be carried around on a convention, and I think the shipping coast (and risk) would be too high...
