Re: WIP My first female portrait sculpt - (Leeloo) Milla Jovovich New Pics 9/17
Thanks so much guys! This has definitely been a great learning experience to get the subtleties and softer features.
I love the mouth area as well and it turned out a lot better than my earlier attempts.
The eyes, nose and mouth is what I base the sculpt on, so these are what I sculpt first and set, so I rarely have any early pictures of these. I'll check though.

I fell in love of your sculpture, I never tire of watching your work .:love
It looks like really milla.
I would really like to have a copy in resin, I hope it's in your project? [-o<
Re: WIP My first female portrait sculpt - (Leeloo) Milla Jovovich New Pics 9/17
Thanks again guys!
I'm working nights this week, so I should have a few hours in the morning to sculpt. I was thinking of extending the shoulder/chest area a bit more so more of the costume pieces would show.

You think it would be fun sculpting breasts. . .
That is all.
Still shaping the shoulder and bust section then I'll be back to detailing the face. I just wanted to get this one wrapped up before my next commissions.
I'm working on 3 other different projects at the moment so I figure I better finish one of my own before taking a couple more.
Re: WIP My first female portrait sculpt - (Leeloo) Milla Jovovich NEW PICS 9/20
Finally finished my night shift, so I had time this morning to work on the sculpt.
I totally agree about the size of the chest as well as the separation.
I reshaped them and gave them a slight pressed look realizing that since this will be a cast piece, it won't move like the real thing when a shirt is put on the bust.
Anyway, I think I have a couple more tweaks to do with the sculpt and then start doing some texture work.
Please feel free to make any more suggestions before I'm at the point of no return.
Thanks!
Brow section now smoothed out and blended since the last picture and I think I'm ready for texture. Molding and casting materials just arrived, so not long now for my wife to get started on the display.
Been too long on the shelf, so I'm happy it's getting near the finish line.
