Not much progress made... been a rough week. Major storm came crashing in and took out my satellite connection and blew my wifi modem... along with some flood damage to my property. At least my pc was spared.

Had to rebuild the right ear... resin warped it more than I initially noticed. Got my acrylic sheeting and led lighting strips for the eyes... also got some 2mm abs sheeting for some of the jaw details.

Like I said... not much progress but going to give it horns this weekend...

I've done nothing on my gauntlet - but I see youve been busy! Excellent work mate, looks great. I don't think the metallic parts look too dark??

Hey Fawbish... good to hear from you again. Thanks, still very much a work in progress... but I think I'll be putting the model on ice a bit, at least until some more/clearer reference pics are made avaliable.

Will you be tackling the project again? Would love to see a 3d printed version of this rolled out...

I'm due to be in Russia on and off over the next few months with work. With christmas also, it's gonna be quite busy for me unfortunately. I'm in the middle of printing off a load of bridges for my friends wedding, they are putting them in their centre pieces on the tables which is pretty cool.

My original design was with too much freedom really, I want to go back and design it with printing and with a bit more 3D knowledge in mind now. So I will have a go eventually.

In the meantime - I am willing to have a go at printing a design or two if anyone wants to test things - I will occasionally have chance over the next month or so to do a few prints.

This is an awesome gauntlet, is there a pep file for it?

Hey Bandiet, Your armor front and back look amazing!! Can you send me the pep file please? richkidsmansion@hotmail.com Thank You

The gauntlet is awesome, but it's unfortunately not mine. Another member of the RPF, Fawbish, did the gauntlet as part of a 3d print project. He's currently put the project on hold for a bit, but hopefully he'll be taking it on again some time... I think it's going to be an awesome project once completed.

As for the chest and back model, I've still got some work to do on them... I have been a bit slack the last few weeks and want to focus on the model during my December break from work, so I'll be posting some updates soon.

I've posted a new link for the version 1 helmet file on the first post of this thread... please grab it from there, if there's any problems with downloading, let me know.

Thanks for the kind words, the support is as always, much appreciated.

Got some new images of the Arkham Knight ( finally have a clear pic of the jaw detail ), so work on the version 2 helmet will soon be back on track. Sadly, still nothing of the back end yet.

Ok so with most of my other projects/commitments now completed, the Arkham Knight model is receiving my full attention again.

I've started on a "mock up" model to get a general idea of what needs to be changed.
I'll then redo the model from scratch...

Here's the mock up as it stands right now...

Ears have been trimmed back and brought closer up against the helmet... the cheeks and centre nose section have been indented a bit and the indents on the top of the helmet have been flattened a bit. I also started toying with the jaw detail...
