I'll be adding the slots for the eyes... it'll be easy enough to fill the eye sockets if someone wants to do a vacuum formed mask... which is what I'll be doing.

Bandiet, will you be making the cheeks, ears and chin separate pieces? If so, can you continue the rest of the face mask through, ie. So a complete face mask could be made without those parts? That way they can be added later or not at all.

Well the cheeks and ears will definitely remain separate, I haven't given the chin much thought to be honest, I'll have to have the chin separated from the mask for the vacuum forming I'm wanting to do though. The thing that I liked about having the chin as part of the face mask on first version was that it gave you a base to work off of when aligning / fitting the cheeks and ears... but one could work your way around that, so yeah, I think I'll look at separating the chin as well...

The lower back ( spine ) still needs work and the shoulder pads are still a raw basic shape... and the chest might still need a tweak or two...

Thanks bud... progress has been slow, but the plan is to tackle it over the next few weeks while I'm on leave. Keep in mind I'm a amateur 3d modeler so, what takes some guys a 1 or 2 days to complete, takes me 1 or 2 weeks lol.

Not sure how clear the screen shots will be, but here's the progress on the revised helmet...





The chin has been seperated from the helmet, I'll be messing around with the details on the jaw to see if I can get my first 3D printable model done.

Hi Roxk ... The helmets looking good, thanks for posting the pics. Sorry bud, there aren't any files yet for the rest of the armor, I'll be working on it over the next few weeks while I'm on leave...

Got some new images of the Arkham Knight ( finally have a clear pic of the jaw detail ), so work on the version 2 helmet will soon be back on track. Sadly, still nothing of the back end yet. Here's the link
