What pose do I scuplt my costume in

Also, cooling I think will be major! I plan to use battery powered computer fans. Will look for the most silent I can find.

An idea for the skin, if you do what I'm doing and make the muscles in separate pieces, to cover the gaps before spraying on the skin, id use some type of balloon or elastic material. As long as its bonded well it'll flex with the skin and should give a Simi realistic appearance

Actually we'll be using the Easy Spray Jr. system from Smooth-On which is a spray silicone system. A thin layer that will coat the entire thing. Also helps to hide the seam of the mask.

Latex of course is another way to go. I have a video about coating foam with latex done by the amazing Gryffern.

cool, I know you're doing the spray on. I was simply referring to the gaps between pieces, but if you have the muscles sculpted together it shouldn't be a problem. You seem to be doing a good job researching this. Glad to know there's someone else that is willing to put this kind of effort into the hulk. I think he's one character that has never really be done right. at least not to the level of detail I'd like to see.
