What DEAD Celebrity HAVE Have you met?

Met Corey Haim at a convention several years ago, he seemed like a nice guy.

Saw Christopher Reeve in person in Liverpool, 1990. Didn't get to sit down for a chat or anything as he was hosting a show I attended - his persona seemed very genuine though, quite an emotional and sensitive fellow is my lasting impression.

Jim Henson when I was about 6... Mom went to High School with him and remained friends with him all the way to his passing, and Don S. Davis about a year before he passed away. I was fortunate enough to get a personalized autographed pic of him, of which he signed as both Don S. Davis and MGen. George Hammond. :)

David Carradine-at FACTS Belgium 2004, he was very cool and even started a conversation himself.
Irvin Kirshner- talked about ESB with him during EchoBaseCon 2002 in Utrecht, The Netherlands
Michael Sheard-Admiral Ozzle and Hitler in Indiana Jones, It must have been 1999 or 2000.

Dom Deluise, The guy from Grease that had the alcohol/drug problem, The kid from Smallville that killed himself (Cyborg), James Doohan, David Carradine

Majel, DeForest Kelly and James Doohan at assorted ST conventions in the SF area.
Phil Brown (Uncle Owen) hung out with him during a shoot day of Richard Hatch's BSG promo trailer and saw him at several conventions.
Passed by Dave Stevens several times bun never stopped to talk.:(
Vincent Price used to do Poe readings at the college I attended but sadly I never went to them.

Back in 72 in Hawaii I had lunch a few feet away from Alfred Hitchcock and his wife.

Peter O'Toole, Michael O'Hare, and Richard LeParmentier. I've been fortunate that most of the celebs I've spent any time with are still around.

John Candy, while filming Uncle Buck. He came into a lobby shop I was working at downtown Chicago, in costume :) . Super funny and gracious, especially to a nervous star struck teenager (I grew up on SCTV :D ) I still get goose bumps when I see him in that role.
"I'm Moley Russell's wart" :lol

Also met Dave Stevens, Joe Simon, and a few other comics guys. Did a press thing with Julia Child ages ago. Tall, gaunt, and, man, that voice--woof!.

Just want to interject here for the folks who met him that the Star Trek actor's name was Mark Lenard. I can only see it misspelled so many times before I have to say something. :p
