Rey Starwalker

So, this has been bugging me for a while so I thought I'd ask on here if I'm completely mad.

I'm from the UK but found myself in the US when the "Star wars IX - the Rise of Skywalker" was showing in the cinemas after release. I was in a small cinema in Manassas, Virginia and there was probably another 7 people watching the film (mid-day show on a weekend).

At the end of the movie when Rey announces her 2nd name, I'm 100% sure she said "Starwalker". I didn't really think much about it at the time as the name, as I understand it, was going to be the original name for Luke in the 1st (4th) movie. it seemed to fit.

So did I completely mis-hear it or has anyone else ever heard of this?

what kills me is that the actors in the Disney Parks had a much better line - "I used to be Rey from nowhere, now I'm Rey from the Resistance"

Depending on how you look at the story...

It is possible that Kylo Ren got what he wanted from the first time he met Rey. In the battle with the emperor, Rey may have actually died and kylo Ren, instead of reviving her, instead took over her body.

If this is the case, we have the justification for Dark Rey's existence and we can rightfully call her Kylo Rey Skywalker now.

...at least, from a certain point of view.

I'll be sticking with Rey Palpatine. That is her lineage, regardless of what ridiculousness she states at the end of rise of Palpatine.
