Is the size screen accurate? It looks smaller than what’s seen in the series.

I believe so, they worked off the original so virtually everything is the same so far as manufacturing will allow.

My Pip-Boy arrived late yesterday. I charged it overnight before updating the firmware and exploring the different functions this morning. WHAT A COOL REPLICA! I loved the in-universe packaging. Later I’m going to work on the weathering, probably just clean up the brushstrokes and keep the paint in the corners. The front being diecast is nice, the cuff is very light and plastic feeling. Full diecast would have driven the price up. I have to remove the bottom cushion for it to fit on my arm, but I’ll probably never wear it. The flashlight function is disappointing, it’s nothing like the series. It doesn’t seem like it would have been hard to put a bright LED on the front. All-in-all, a great true to the series replica, and worth the cost.

I did a little cleanup of the heavy-handed brushstroke weathering. I kept the paint in the crevices and edges.

I bought a Bluetooth FM transmitter on Amazon for 14 bucks that I joined with my desktop and play a Fallout soundtrack on the Pip-Boy.
