Wow this looks amazing.Got mine yesterday. First thing I did was strip the weathering with some rubbing alcohol (it even said in the instructions that you can do this. Just don't use acetone). Then went over with some black and brown oil paints and loving the results!

The memory foam pads are removable. The actual prop did not have this foam cuff, the cuff was built into the vault suits.
I am going to put this into play right away. Going to stream from this.Another tip. It has a built-in FM radio. If you want to crank out some in-world radio a solution is a pocket Bluetooth to FM transmitters. I found one on Amazon, has a battery life of around 8 hours and it works. Just Bluetooth your phone to the transmitter then dial in the radio to its output and bingo bango bongo you have yourself all the songs from the games and show. The one I got is the Scoshe BTTRFM-SP1 portable bluetooth trasmitter, picked it up for like $15.
