visor template for rubies clone trooper helmet

i've got a rubies clone trooper helmet (yes i know its really undersized), i want to replace the visor for a chrome one to be more like the film ones, i've pulled out the original visor but its all broke, does anyone have a template for cutting out a new one?

Also, could someone make a face template to overlay on the mask so the visor is the correct size?

I'm just finishing one now.
I just taped a piece of paper inside and drew through the visor hole with a pencil.
Took it out and left about 1/2" gap and ready to cut!

yeah i thought about doing that, and getting some silver car tint to get the chrome movie visor look. are you going for a custom paint job on yours? or sticking to white?

I was going to stick with standard showroom finish but I may weather it some.
I just grabbed a sheet of tinted acrylic from ebay for my visor. I couldn't get the window tint to stick flat and bubble free.

found out from a guy in the know, that the standard troopers had black tinted visors anyway, the chrome visors were for some of the troopers with different colour schemes (makes my life a lot easier, i dont have to mess with tinting film now! )
