V For VENDETTA: The movie props

Ok heres a quick look, anything else i need to change before supplying the hi-res? Im using the Every picture from the small card image, so its not super good quality, but its better than the one i had used as far as accuracy.

Hi,

To me it looks like it may say "returned upon request. xxx xx xxx for information" on the second line. I think the returned part makes more sense the first line stating the ID being the property of BTN. I'm not that sure about the end part, but it seems like it may be two words before "for information."

i agree, it still fits perfectly and id does look liked ID is a word right next to it like that, changed :)

Yikes: http://www.rubies.com/productline.cfm?ProductLine=vendetta

I doubt all of those pictures are final. Many of the images are reused for different products and if I'm not mistaken the "V" gloves shown are actually the Darth Vader gauntlets that Rubies currently offers.

Still, if these early pics are any indication there may not be much from the Rubies line or products that can be repurposed for a screen-accurate V costume (aside from the mask, which many of us already have thank to WB Marketing).

Am I the only one who noticed that there's only 3 pictures on that page? The full regular costume, the heritage costume and the gloves pic. Everything else is just cut from the heritage costume pic. For the belt pic, the two missing daggars are photoshopped back into his belt. And pretty poorly at that. Sheesh.

ok guys, heres the finished one on top followed by the two ref images, i had to do something close between them, let me know if anything looks like it needs changing and if not ill post the hires.

Looks great... :thumbsup

The only difference I see is the border between the edge of the card and the photo/name info.. On the original there is a bit more background

check out the screencap...i went with the border on the screencap, its quite different on the art

So I started mocking up a doublet today. Turns out it's pretty easy after mocking up 19th century women's clothes all semester. Hopefully in the next few days I'll get some sleeves going on and can get some pics of my muslin up.
