The Pawn Star's episode where that all silver painted phaser with the big red square trigger was said to be a real TOS prop and the one tribble prop was real also because the "toy expert" he always calls in felt it in his hand and it felt like the material they used back then
The communicator wasn't real because it had flaws and scratches

IIRC those were reproductions made by Horch & Co (?), and the kits derived from them were available on Roddenberry.com. The comms and tricorders, too. They looked dang good IMHO.
