After years of reading posts lamenting the lack of a respectable replica of this prop, Brenton has created a likeness that truly does it justice. In short, to those RPF members awaiting his second production run and anyone else sitting on the fence regarding whether or not they should purchase one, THIS REPLICA WAS DEFINITELY WORTH THE WAIT! It is both spectacular to look at and fun to hold in your hands. It now proudly resides in the spot reserved long ago at the heart of my collection.

I found an antique box this weekend to display my Clock of Ages. Even has some mother of pearl inlays which match the clock face nicely. I'll need to make a proper foam / fabric insert and was thinking of an Iluminati emblem for the lid.

I suggest that you put the Iluminati emblem on the inside of the lid. That way it would seem more of a secretive rather than conspicuous kind of box.

Just got this yesterday, was a present for my wife. She was thrilled to get it, and marvelled at all the detail and included features. Thanks again Brenton! You just made another Tomb Raider fans day!

Clock took 8 days to clear customs. I can't believe the bureaucratic nonsense that goes on in my country.

The clock is very very beautiful and I don't think any of the photos does it justice. My photo isn't that good either - can't seem to get the lighting right :wacko

Hopefully this heavy metal won't fall through the glass surface!!!

Anyway, as you said, it's more something to display than a toy, so if it's not possible I will not take the risk to damage it. =)

I wouldn't risk trying to fix it. This is pretty soft metal, and you could damage it...

The hinge is only a 3-section hinge. So, it's not going to be as stiff or sturdy as a 4-section and up...
