Good to se you back online Chad. Hope all is well on your side...

Here is the new leg we are working on.... After allot of test, evaluation swearing.. :angry .... We came to the conclution we had to downsize the legs we were so happy with because it is simply to big to wear. So here you se the progress of it.. New version Gen3.1 to Left Older Gen3 Version (JUST THOUGHT WE CALLED THIS NEW... :cry)

Note we are not finished detailing the leg... so thats what we are doing now....

I think the older legs look perfect on the statue..

But the problem is that due to the wideness of the legs you also got to walk like that.
Unless you are already 6.2 tall this whould not be a problem. But a person sized arround 5.11 will get the legs to high and the lenght of the legs whould not match up and end far to high up in the crotch.
So we need to bring the legs in on the sides so it dont clank so much together in between the crotch, thereby pushing the outer sides outwards.

I just got a commission to do a suit, and the client is the same height as I am, at 5'10 but wants the full 6'2 statue - So we're putting "heels" on the inside of the boot, almost like a hidden riser...

Just thought I'd share this with you, Adi Granov was signing and doing sketches over here in the UK and as I've met him before, he kindly asked me if I'd appear with him for the afternoon to support him.

Here's a pic.. Note, this is the earlier version of the TMP suit but with the V8 TMP helmet.

i've been meaning to ask...Are there alot of people out there that are willing to buy your suite, have you already sold it? and if so how much did you get paid for it ?

TMP - i has question for you.

How do you guys close your sculpted/casted costumes? zipper?

because for us we normally use belt clips & velcros.

Greetings All,

Just crafted some Alluminum Clavicles. Getting ready for a Public Education venue. On May 18th, the Colorado Springs Fire Department will be attempting to set a new world record for teaching CPR. The record is like 6,500. We are shooting for over 7,000. It will be taught before a Baseball game (minor league farm team for the Colorado Rockies, the Sky Sox).

Yours truly will be there and will give an interview or two to the media. I will post pics and hopefully video ASAP.

I just took 2" wide aluminum and drew what looked to be the right angles. They are approximately 4.5" long. I cut out 1 of them, then scribed the other and cut it to match. I sanded them down, polished them and then marked where I wanted to bend them. If you think about it, they mimic YOUR collarbones. There is also a Y-shaped aluminum piece attached to the front, much like your sternum (breastbone). The pivot point are no more than 3/16" rivets. :lol

I will take a few more pics if you'd like.

Nice work on the Collar sections Richie, The chest light shows up really well in those shots too :thumbsup
