Hi all,

Small project on the base from the Tie Fighter 1/72 Bandai, it will be presented on its docking cradle.

It is maintained through a mini magnets which supplies also the LightUp.

I still have to finalize the base.

Love the illumination pattern in the base. Fantastic! How did you create the holes in the mirror? Just remove the coating from the backside using a round dremel bit or something?

Thanks Tumbler, CJ 617 for comments ;)

The base is formed with a mirror styrene sheet for passage of the optical fiber, I drilled with the Dremel.

A superb diorama! I was waiting for someone to make a truly cool docking system for a TIE. AWESOME :thumbsup
