There's no perhaps about it, I think you are absolutely correct.

That said, I really liked Wesley in this last episode.

Vic's voice isn't nasal although it is higher pitched. Does anybody sound like Shatner? I think he had a distinctive voice. If you by chance find a guy that sounds like him, you most likely wouldn't find someone who would act like him.

Yes. Shat's voice is one of a kind. But Vic did a fantastic job going up against an icon.
