WOW! This is awesome. I'm about to start a Star Wars bathroom and this has given me all sorts of ideas. So what paint colors did you use for the dark gray ceiling panels and the gray for poker table light? Great job and I look forward to the next update!

i used a Krylon spray paint to start, but it got so expensive to spray it all I had Home Depot mix a high gloss latex for me, and now I have been rolling it on with a smooth texture roller. I'll get you the paint type and color code so you can have some mixed.

Just spent two nights on the couch reading this thread from start to not quite finish. All the props & replicas are nice but since everyone is striving to replicate the same thing, the threads get very samey. The house/den/theatre/basement builds on the other hand are really exciting. Great to see creativity let loose & all these amazing structures made from thevsimolest things. Very inspiring work, hopefully one day I'll have a space where I can "borrow" some of your ideas. Look forward to watching it grow to completion ... 2017 perhaps?

Thanks so much for the kind words Cray, and your probably not too far off with the 2017. I was very ambitious early int the project with my initial deadlines, oops:wacko But now that I have spent so much time working on it I have just accepted the project and learned to enjoy the process more than trying to reach date I know I won't make. Nothing inspires like a deadline is true, so I set little deadlines I can reach and that keeps me moving along. That and of course everyone in this community that offers support and motivation to keep going on big as well as small projects!

Brother I wish I could say there has been progress, but sadly I have been thrown into a serious holding pattern. My shop is completely disassembled I am in the process of major construction on my house right now which has totally pulled me away from the project. It's gonna be a couple months of hard work to finish the addition on my house and patio, which includes my new shop . . . And then it's on like alderan!!! You all have my word on that. Thanks for the bump brother, I appreciate it!

sadly the site is down waiting for me to finish and load the website I have been tinkering with for over a year. I swear I have no idea where all my time has gone. I received a pretty big promotion at work, which is great don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining necessarily. But a lot of my free time disappeared (followed by huge sobs and me throwing a fit while my wife tells me to suck it up

Damn it! Thats it, I'm off to work on the shop, right now, you guys have inspired me to get off my butt!!! The next time you see me I will be covered in sawdust, paint, bondo, and what ever else I can find! (Thanks for the virtual push boys!)
