The Mandalorian (TV series)

now i feel worse, i watched it 3 times and created a whole backstory in my head that the tuskens would rise up, you all watched it omnce and went, oh yeah thats a cool easter egg (or krayt pearl)

I've been considering whether Kamino will get a mention at some point, when Din and Boba (if it is indeed Boba) meet each other, seeing as Boba is a clone, the child was taken from someone wearing their symbol etc. It could tie in to what being a mandalorian really means too.

Also Boba would know more about the Jedi and Yoda himself, which could provide some answers to Din.

would he know about yoda though? jango was hired by another guy years before, boba probably only ever met Obi-wan and the ones he saw lopping his dad and droids apart. I don't think yoda was even in the arena.

could be nifty to dig into the whole clone match up though. I kind of suspect the baby yoda isn't a clone though, which is why they wanted him. he's fresh material.

He was alive during the whole Clone Wars, with the Jedi being a prominent part of that, i'd imagine that Yoda was well known, or at least recognisable to Boba.

Yep, i'm not convinced the Child is a clone either, but seeing as they were desperate to have him, it suggests to me that Kamino/Kaminoans themselves may be somewhere that Din will get some info on where the Child originates etc.

Anyone putting odds on this being the only appearance of Boba/Temuera this season? Just a simple nod to confirm the fact that he survived and then leave it for another time.
Wishful thinking I guess. I'd like it that way.
Can I just say how much I liked that the Fett armor was so ill-fitting on the marshall guy? Very nice detail.

So the Tusken Raiders signature weapon is a giant toothpick?

I can just see the Evil Dead crossover meme now.

"This, is my TOOTH Pick!"

Yeah. It's clearly Mando who appears at the end of S1E5 to take something (?) off of Shand's body.

Clearly Mando's leg wrap here:

Clearly Mando's right shoretrooper shin here:

I read an interview with one of the sound designers on the show, and he mentioned that they add spur sound effects whenever Mando is onscreen. And those aren't Fett boots.

Sorry.

Except the cape is to long for Din. And he has ammo for his rifle on his right shin. This person doesn't.

It’s a very weird situation with the end of chapter 5. It feels like a classic case of needing a pickup shot and not having a finalized design for the character (whom I believe is Fett) and utilizing remixed pieces of an existing costume as a quick fix.

so what i took away was, the tusken raiders, a race displaced on their own planet, generally seen as and treated as scum by the displacers have a real emnity for the displacers, now have a krayt dragon egg. I wouldnt want to be living in mos eisley in a few years when thats things grown and trained..................

I think it's a pearl. It was round, not oval and multiple games have had Krayt Dragon pearl references.

Would he? We're not given remotely enough in ESB to say that. He'd know vader wanted Luke, but probably not why. Vader hadn't seen Yoda in 20 years when boba was 14 or whatever. No guarantee he ever saw him anywhere. He'd be aware jedi existed, but not that any were still around.

I would like to see Din ask about the Jedi and Boba just spit bile right back at him about them. He wouldn’t know specifics etc just that the Jedi were warmongering hypocrites.
