The Longest Yard remake

I liked the 2005 remake.

But whatever. In 2005 Spider-Man was Toby Maguire, Batman was Christian Bale, and Superman was Brandon Routh. "It doesn't need remaking" is not an argument. Hollywood will shamlessly remake anything at any time for a buck.

I've refused to watch the remake, just because the original was so good. Same with "Arthur". But I'll be really annoyed if I see anyone planning a remake of "Cool Hand Luke"!

Enjoyed the original, never quite bought into the Adam Sandler one as I think it lacked the charm of the original

While I don't think it needed to be remade again, I am curious to see what comes of it given the guy running it worked on Winning Time: The Rise of the Lakers Dynasty
