I'm gonna be trying to make one using the dye sub approach. Not the most accurate way to go about it, i know, cos it won't have the tangible texture of the real life thing (loving those pics of the experimenting with latex and mesh btw), but it may still work nicely, we'll see.
Hope this doesn't come across as a shameless plug btw, haha. I know Brad (Spidey4Fun) is designing his own too.

lol still on the fence about him using web shooters. I get that is classic but he is a Spider... man.... lol. I know spiders weave web not shoot... but if you want to get technical Radioactive Spiders done turn Men into SpiderMen

Well, he's a Science Geek, makes perfect sense that when given Spider Powers, he'd make some form of Spider Wed Shooter, I mean, look at what all the people make on here with a heat gun and rubber made trash cans, lmao!!!
Don't know if you guys saw, but some new set pics are coming out from the New York shoot, they're at Oscorp! Hopefully this means they are setting up for Green Goblin and some other mad scientists in the sequel:
