First cast of the Ver 3.0 helmet:

Waste mold cast of the Flame trooper helmet still for surface finishing and clearcoating prior to making the master mold:

Refining the clay Snow trooper..this thing is HUGE.

Doing some reshaping of the thighs..making them thinner mainly, but also putting a bit more of a curve in the side view. Top portion remains untrimmed so one can trim according to one's height.

The masters were finished in plaster before molding.

Is it possible to spin it though, mate?! That's the golden question... I know it's more or less impossible in the rigid ANOVOS kits but I'm thinking maybe your flexible fiberglass ab-piece might make it possible to lean out far enough to clear your body?!?

Epic! I'm on a waitlist for your suit atm and was planning to build my GF a nice Phasma with it, but I may have to swipe the flexy ab corset from hers to use with my trooper and let her deal with the clunky ABS one if it means I can spin one of these bad boys! lol xD
