I had one that included RE grips and the maz bozx saber, but it got deleted when I restarted my pc. ;(

How does one cut the slots out of roys grips for the rivets on a TFA/ESB build, like what tools? How far down and how large does the cut need to be? How do you polish the cut so its not all rough and ugly? How do you stick the grips on the flash and in the correct location? I'm still new to all this and i'm kinda lost haha

Looks great Roy. I especially appreciate the fact that you didn't call this the "Rey" saber, since Rey and Finn interact with both hero versions and the fact that this saber is only seen inside or just outside of Maz's chest is what truly distinguishes it from the other hero used for every other shot in the movie (all outside action scenes except for the one deleted indoor scene showing the handoff from Maz to Leia).

The only difference between the Maz box one and the other hero one is that the grips go all the way down on the other one, right?

Thanks! I guess I'll have to sand down the inside of Roy's when I get to that point. I'm guessing there are no film shots of it, though, right?

So, just a random thing, it looks like the combat version of the saber doesn't have cuts in the grips, if anyone was wondering.
