Sweetness Laser cutting must cut out allot of the work for you. So whats left? Lock them into a Jig and let your CNC bevel them?

Yes the laser saves a lot of work, Need to get a jig machined upand then do 1 side at a time and flip them over, same kind of process with the batarang I do

I'll get loads of pics done!

I have never had a set of claws before and I was just wondering about the fit. Does hand size effect the fit? Is there adjustments needed to tailor to a person's hand? I do not think I have an odd hand size but it is just something I would like to know.

It will be up to you to talor them to your hand. Its pretty simple. The claws have a very generic curve in the knuckle area, ive never found anyone who they didn't look good on!
