I know these are based off a screen used claw from Wolverine Origins but I was wondering if there was any size or shape change from the previous films' claws?
I believe this one is from X3 and comes in right at 11 inches.

To rephrase this a bit. The claws in X1 were an inch smaller than the ones in all the other X movies. The reason being was that Singer wanted the claws longer for X2. The design is pretty much the same.

Just to keep the info straight on these, bub is right, and the claws differ from film to film a bit. The one nick daring posted is indeed an X3 claw, and they are unmistakable to those who are very familiar. These do have the flattened edges on top and bottom of the point end of the claw, and differ quite a bit from the previous two films'.
Here is a nice sized promo still from X3... and you can even see the wire going between the fingers.
Same here for the Origins on seeing the wire for the palm grips, and you'll notice the slight difference in the claws... flat sides on these, while X3 has more contours within it's sides.
