SW Acolyte in a tail spin

As a lifelong Star Wars fan, 20 year member of the 501st and Rebel Legion, and co-founder of a Star Wars fan club that has been around for 22 years... I got three episodes in and have not felt inspired to watch any further.

Not shocked that it tanked.

Give us more Andor please. Shows with actual storytelling, character development, characters that are intriguing and likeable, and actual cinematography. Take a lesson from The Mandalorean. Let actual fans like Dallas Bryce Howard and John Favreau and Dave Filoni helm Star Wars for the next 20 years and we'll be fine.

The second season of Andor has a LOT to live up to. The first season was a SLOW burn, but so worth it 3 or 4 episodes in.

Well…now that THAT’S out of the way…

With the cancellation of The Acolyte, I look forward to more YouTube content being generated by groups of dudes, between the ages of 35 and 60, regarding the upcoming football season…sorry, I meant, how upset they are about an upcoming Snow White film…

Out of morbid curiosity, I had to look up the Snow White film. I wish I could say that I can't believe people are complaining that Snow White isn't white enough.

The funny part is, how many of these people would have planned to watch it even if it was Disney 1950sesque?

This is the same Snow White and The Seven Dwarfs film where they replaced the dwarfs with... diverse folk? Or did Disney go back on that?

Yes…yes. It’s the same.

I shudder to think of the outrage that would come from these gentlemen, should there be a My Little Pony or Care Bears reboot…

The diverse folks have been replaced by bad CGI dwarfs. So much for putting a dwarf, or seven, in it!

I do not know the answer you seek. If they did use little people, they aren't advertising it.

Shield your eyes!

On another note :

" Mirror Mirror on the wall, who's the fairest one of all? "
( Gal Gadot says concerning her and Rachel Zegler)

Sorry, but is this a trick question? Lol.
( As the audience overwhelmingly shouts...Gal Gadot!!!)

Director: " Ok folks...that's a wrap"

End of movie.

Why do all modern trailers use a single melody in isolation from the music after an "updated" version of a classic score filled with orchestral hits plays? That trend needs to die.
It says to me creative bankruptcy, amongst other things.

Are we gonna see the Evil Queen start busting out moves from Wonder Woman? THAT might actually make the movie somewhat bearable! :D
