So an update on my costume. Did a dry run of it today and it's like 99% done. all gotta do is finish up a few details and polish a few things and then i'd be really happy.

wish i took some better pictures, but there ya go. My modified "plus-size" babydoll outfit.

Hi Sarah! welcome I had a quick browse on eBay, and they only seem to have the cheap wig that was released with the costume.

I would try Amphigory for wigs - (High-Quality wigs for cosplay, Halloween, clubbing or just for fun.) as their wigs are made from either kanekalon or toyokalon which are of a higher quality and are easier to style and look more natural

You Sexy Thing wig by Flaunt - Long sleek with with long bangs <- something like this, with the long side bangs - and you can get it in the platinum blonde like Baby's.

Otherwise there are lots of cosplay wig stores on eBay - I have bought through this store before: anime, synthetic items in COSPLAY WIG store on eBay! - their wigs are of a very high quality, and not badly priced!

Also, I got the official Babydoll wig. It's actually not too bad, but I do recommend that u use your own headband. It looks a lot nicer when you do.

VioletHex, great work on yours too! It's cool seeing a slightly different take on the Babydoll look and making it your own. Very cool!


My friend who is a new member, xeffervescentx, has been working dilligently for almost a month now to get her White Baby Doll End scene outfit ready for Halloween.
As soon as it is all together she is planning on posting up the pics and work she had done. She used a TON of crystals on that costume and it's amazing.

Tell me about it! I have a preliminary pic of her in it and it looks great! I want to post all the progress pics she has but she said she wanted to do it all herself and I don't want to take that joy away from her, haha. She's entering the RPF costume contest with it too.
We were on vacation at Disney World last month and she asked me what a cool costume for Halloween she should do and I immediately said, "BABYDOLL'S SUCKERPUNCH!" haha. Then we talked about both of the Sailor outfits and she decided to do the white one since it was all bedazzled. I love both of them and I think that they are my new "Leia's gold bikini" haha

Thanks for the Kudos on my Tron costume. I always wanted to do a Tron costume but never wanted to dress in white tights like the 82 version haha.
I saw pics of your "Babydoll" and it looks great on you. Kiki did a great job and I hope to see some cool Halloween pics!

LOL bandit-jeti. XP my boyfriend would definitely agree with you on the " new leias gold bikini" thing. And 100% done with the costume. The only thing I could use are the decals. But ah well. Definitely will have em for Chicago comic con next year.

I'm going away this weekend for Halloween for a geo field trip so we've all decided to bring our costumes and head to a bar or restaurant. I can't wait to debut my Babydoll outfit.
...... I think the only issue I have yet to fix, is getting some black short shorts to wear underneath the skirt.

Does anyone know where I can get some plus size form fitting short shorts?.... You wouldn't think that it should that hard to find some but it is! All I want is something like bike shorts. :/ I really don't want to buy online from a lingerie store, but I think I may be forced to.

Hello everyone!

I am new to the site and I must say I absolutely love it! I read through all 60 pages of this thread on information on how to make my Babydoll costume.

Like Bandit-Jedi said, I am making the End Scene White Babydoll Costume.

It's almost done- I have another 1000 crystals or so to add onto it which will probably take a good day or so to complete.

Here's a shot of the shoes and headband- I know the shoes are actually blue in the film with white trim and a white buckle, but I couldn't find anything blue so I opted for black shoes and if I want to I will go back and make the shoes blue by gluing on tiny blue rhinestones

Here's also a crappy screen shot of her actual shoes- Hope this helps!

A little update on the previous weekend at Melbourne Armgeddon in Australia. Four (maybe 5) Babydolls. 2 Ambers, 2 Sweetpeas, 2 Rockets and a little sweet Blondie. Plus my almost finished Bunny Mecha. It towered over the girls and brought down the roof during the Cosplay comp ( best in Show). I didnt hear it as I was trying not to trip over on the ramp. A lot of people are going to see Suckerpunch cause of us. Keep the Suckerpunch love coming everyone!!!!!
