Studio scale Tantive IV

Ah well, no hope in finding that styrene sheet then!.:unsure
Still, we do have a milling machine, so it is possible to make such a sheet, thanks for the heads up Lasse.

I agree with making models in a non-studio-scale, it makes them more special & allows you to throw in your own details etc.... .
An 1/18th Y would be awesome mate!.
Cheers
Stu:)

Thanks for your interrest in this project. I am sorry, but no more progress has been made. I am on and off on this model. When i am on i am really on, burning the candle at both ends :lol
Give it a month or so and i am back in the saddle for the finishing run! :thumbsup

thanks for the update, i would hate to see this getting shelved so close to completion. having seen your passion for these builds i know you will finish.

there is no doubts it is a hell of a lot of work.

Wow! What a great build! I just love it! Amazing! I wonder where I would put this thing if I happen to have one?...

I am finally back in the modeling groove after another healthy break. I am definitely in for the finishing run and the engines are shaping up nicely. There is a lot of detailing left to be done, but i can see the finish-line ahead...

Woohoo, glad to see you back Lasse. I think we'll all enjoy your final push on this beauty. Those latest pics are just staggering dude!.
Your casting skills are just incredible Lasse, the parts speak for themselves.

Lasse, your model work is so legendary that you could (and should) have all your pieces displayed in a museum... The Lasse Henning Modelshop Exhibit. I'd pay good money to see it. Of course, getting permission from LFL would be necessary, but why not? It would be publicity for them too.

Nevermind thanks for looking, THANKS for posting. She really is wonderful Lasse, all that plumbing looks soooo good!
