Is there anyone who both likes musicals and disliked this episode? Because I think that has a lot more to do with the reception of the episode than the actual quality (which was good, I might add).

The Klingon Ship really was on their starboard bow.
The reason for it happening to them was well explained and they tied it into the arc well.
I was dreading it going into the episode, but wound up thinking that it worked.
But, why go to the trouble of Spock and Chapel getting together just to break up 2 episodes later? I’s this the explanation for why she was in love with him in TOS:TRT, but he didn’t reciprocate?
TOS:TRT stands for The Original Series:The Real Trek.
I think M’Benga’s story is more of a Human discovery than Spock’s.
He was the butcher that killed the Klingons because he felt forced to, though he didn’t want to.
He tried to rebuild his life, lost his wife and then his daughter gets an incurable disease and he had to let her go to save her.
He’s becoming my favorite character in this series.
Spock is just Butt-Joke boy at this point.
And it is the last series that I’ll watch on Paramount Puss. I have NO DESIRE for the Discovery spin off, Academy series.
Unless they make the Seven of Nine spin off that I actually want, I’m out altogether.
