I need to cast up another kit to put together some quick assembly instructions. I'll post up some pics tonight

Raw cast kit:

There will be some minor seam clean-up, and a couple of the recesses need some dremeling. Pretty light duty work to get everything fitting properly. All flat surfaces that get mated will need to be sanded flat (bottom/back of greebles). Optional: drill out the holes in the bottom of the grip and the lower body that connects to the grip so bolts can be inserted

It will make things easier to sand and dry fit everything, then paint each component separately, then glue everything together

The goal with the new molds for the cold-cast kits is to have no seam clean-up making for a smooth, polish metal surface. I'll post up the results Monday or Tuesday

Pulled the master from the new mold this morning and that was a challenge! The first couple of test casts produced a flawless top surface with some bubbles on the under side. Going to experiment a little more before I start pulling the cold cast pieces. Those should be ready to go this weekend though

But yes can i see what that would look like, and would you allow like $100 increments or like a pay,ent plan option, i really need these but need to budget. let me know thanks! Just a quick update on this. I'm still having a few issues with the cold casting, so I'm still working on getting the current orders out. Until then I'm not going to take on any other orders, but I will keep a list and let you know when I do

Thought I would throw some paint on the master to show what a finished piece will look like. I still need to do the weathering and the blueing of the barrel, but you get the idea.

I'll probably go with a more toned down silver as well, but we'll see what it looks like after the weathering/black wash
