I updated the first post with 2 new files. First is a reunfold of my first one. this is much more foam friendly. im not sure what i was thinking with the first unfold!
second is a foam unfold by PEPMASTER. so get to it guys! I wanna see som Star Lord helmets! :lol

U can do it yourself using this. http://www.pdfforge.org/ I assume that you don't have a printer?

they probably uses a mac and there isn't a version of pep designer for mac.

I would rather not download a whole application, as i normally just find pepakura's with pdf's already there. Oh well, just thought it would be nice to have it. Im sure someone will make a pdf one in the near future

So, it was requested that I model the armor for star Lords arm armor. As seen here:

So, I did!

The foam pep file is available below. It was modeled in the same space and unfolded at the same scale as the helmet. So it SHOOOOUUUULD Be about the right size... Have fun! =P

I have taken this model way beyond pepable. I still have older versions that I might be able to make into a pep file.

After dirtsen did a great job solidifying the star lord mark, I've got it back in my hands. I've changed the way he had the inside contoured and broken the mask up for printing.
What do you think? =D

This is onot the front half with modifiers on. The back half will get it soon.

And here is the first 4 parts broken up and ready for printing!
II'm actually printing the "chin" right now.
