Got the molds boxed up, will Pour them Sunday. Had to take a break and poke some holes in some paper.

Also got this new Vac Former, its 24"x24" its heated by a propane burner. Did a quick test and works great.

Went good. Its was a nice day here 70 degrees lots of Sun, Got to Love South Texas.

Got some molds done, came out great, brushed the first coat on to get the silicone into all the fine details to ensure no air bubbles. then vibrated the table for a few minutes to lift any air bubbles to the top. Next will Gel coat the molds and lay up Epoxy fiberglass for the parts.

That's the greatest mold I've ever saw. Cant wait to see the first pull.
The color looks like the thing I saw at the dentist office.

We got a little more done today. worked on the main Cargo box. added some details and started lathing out the part for the box that fits in the foam section.

Also started to mold the part behind the cone will have pics of that Sunday.
