You are not fat,You are a well nourish rebel.
Excellent job on the vest,A couple of questions
What do you use to write PULL TO INFLATE?and how do you attach the chestbox, what is right under the chestbox?

Thanks! I used an iron on T-shirt transfer for both the starbird and the aurebesh. You need to use a program that let's you mirror-flip the text.

The clasp is made of two layers of plastic, attached to the vest via velcro on white webbing, and the chest box is velcroed to the clasp (needed a spacer between the box and the clasp because the chest box is not quite thick enough, and the I needed to account for the hose.

Not paying attention to your size just trying to figure out how people are making them so freaking fast?!!!!! Can some one show me how or make one for me?

I'll try and post up some info on how to do it later. It wasn't as hard as I expected. It looks more complicated than it is, but there are a few tricks.

I just received a batch of the gloves today. If anybody want it let me know.

These are more comfortable than the original one. I specifically made this for trooping using full analine leather.

Those are looking nice!
How much are they going to run? (I still need to buy a pair of regular pilot gloves from you, too. Think I'll be doing that this month.)

I may have tracked down the belt. Even if it doesn't work as is, it's a better base for getting a good grey.

The green is way too dark, and sand is way too light, and brown. This "Light Olive" looks perfect to me.

Here's the belt I've found

And here's what I'm using for reference (the zoom feature is nice, might be worth it to pick one of these up)

jap, i used the same one and colored it with vinyl color. worked quite well, except for the fact that the belt swallowed the spaypaint and i had to put on many many coats.

If Poe's boots seem hard to pin down, look closely at the different images released. He's wearing at least two variants of boots with similar soles in different scenes.

Correct. One variant has a "front" leather part, while the other variant (and the variant found in the NY exhibit) has a stitched front, missing the leather pad. Also, the heel of the boots differ as well.
