Many thanks to "gjustis" on the RPF for a swift and honorable transaction. Two weeks ago I was on a heavy '66 Batman kick as I loved the show as a child. He provided me with my one-stop shopping. Everything you see here (with the exception of the Shark Repellent can) was aquired from him. (Thank you gjustis) The Shark Repellent can was fast and dirty thou the color of the can I think is spot on. Here is the pic. Enjoy.

Thank you wackeychimp for allowing me to show my Batman collection.

So many cool props from the old show..

One of my faves is the Bat-Zooka from the movie :cool:thumbsup

Gets me to wondering if anyone has made the rack with the vials containing the dehydrated world leaders from the movie?

If you like this you're going to LOVE what I'm currently working on.
The "dehydrator". Stay tooned.

There was a thread here that identified the vacuum cleaner that was used for it. But I think the thread is gone. Anybody remember the specifics?

Also. If you go to make the vials of the security council, aquarium gravel works great for the stuff in the tubes. You can get a wide variety of colors and just a powder is not grainy enough. If you look at screen grabs, you'll see it's pretty chunky.

My computer won't seem to read my Bat disc, or I'd pull some grabs for you.

AWESOME collection funky!
that was the great PropReplicator and i who were working on the dehydrator.... it was an old electrolux vacume from the 30's. they can be had on ebay fairly regurlarly....
what did you use for the shark repellent can? it looks great!

I don't suppose you know the model number?

For the can, I used the tall "scrubbing bubbles" foam cleaner. It had that elongated look to it. I used DupliColor car paint (dark metallic blue). Just make sure to paint it black gloss first or the blue won't be quite dark enough. Also make sure to peel off the label from the can before painting. The lid is off a WD40 type of lubricant (it sells right next to WD40 at home depot). Some red vinyl letters from Hobby Lobby and presto. A one day prop. Is it 100% accurate? Nope. But I love it!
And yes. On the back it does say "Bat Spray":lol

Awesome collection. I still want to get the bust so I can open up a secret door in my house (have to add that to the plans for the addition :) )

Hey, I don't suppose someone could post me up a few pics of the de-hydrator, could they? :love
I would sure appreciate it.

I've been on the lookout for the old toy bazooka they used for the movie Bat-Zooka too..no luck yet. I just wanna build one.

It took me quite a while, but I finally scored the bazooka that was the base for the Batzooka, still gotta convert it tho
