Show me your Multi-Pass build ups!

Re: Show me your Multi-Pass build ups!

Nice, Veldmaat. :thumbsup

I've yet to go pick up the materials (paint, etc.) to finish my Korben and Leeloo kits.

Working on mine right now, really having a hard time with the button (for a working version).

Re: Show me your Multi-Pass build ups!

Once Matt sends me one (like he said he would over a year ago) I shall build it, and he shall weep at it's brilliance.

Re: Show me your Multi-Pass build ups!

First of IT'S NOT DONE!! But oh soo close, I had to post something :)

I'm to wild over the gray I chose so I'll probably re-paint soon. Also my graphics aren't glued down yet because I can't figure out the back yet, any photos of a rear view?? Lastly I'll need to paint and glue the small red rod.

Awesome kit Matt!! My favorite part is the weight of the whole thing, feels GREAT to hold and press the big yellow button (although wiring it was a major headache) Thanks again!

Re: Show me your Multi-Pass build ups!

just a small detail, in my opinion the ejection mark on the yellow button dome does not need sanding off.

if you have a good enough copy of the flik you can see the shadow of the ejection mark on the yellow backround when they are using it at the check in desk.

first anal post of the day

carry on :unsure

Re: Show me your Multi-Pass build ups!

Zorg, you are of course correct. In my new tutorial i think i even say something to that effect. I personally think it looks cleaner with the thing filed down, and therefore included instructions on how to do it.

As its a kit, you are of course free to build as you see fit :)

great to see so many build ups getting done! I love it!
