Hi friends,
I have been toying with doing another scratch build and have come up with the Botanical cruiser, to add to my fleet that i have going. To the best of my knowledge its going to be in 1/4150 scale (7.5" long) about the same size of the mining ship. 1st I bought theses 2 PC buttons that are clear and that allows me to put in a garden in each pod. Than i bought a hunk of abs plastic and cut it to size ( hopefully i can work with that for the body, head and engine) So far i got the individual parts cut to size.

A little bit of progress this afternoon ,some more nose work, cross bracing on the main body piping and the underneath of a pod. I just installed windows 7 and that has taken some time away from the project.

This afternoon i worked on the head and engine a little more and put the cross braces in the rest of the piping parts. Its lowly getting there .If any one would like this to become a kit please let me know here in this thread. if there is enough interest it could be come a kit. Thanks.

Tonight i worked on the rest of the under side of the engine and the nose a little and redid the base for the pods. I like this version a lot better. I also made the 1st shield piece to go on the main body.

It was a beautiful weekend in southern New England this weekend and i spent most of it outside. So i didn't do much on the model ,but i did do a little .More detail on the engine and got the piping done for the most part. IM sending a few pieces off to my caster to make that are repetitive to save time and work and it may be a few weeks before any thing big happens to it with the pods.
If your interested in this as kit make sure you let me no ASAP because the caster wont do it unless there's enough people interested to make it worth it.

My progress will be slowing down untill i get my peices back that i sent to my caster for the pods, but at the moment i did some more detail on the head peice and started to playing around with the engines.

Done some work on the engines Mainly the thrusters for the back, the smaller thrusters pieces set on the ground will go across the middle between thrusters on both far ends.
