I sent them an email on how lame their promotion was. I don't have time to wait on the phone.
Lol, im waiting on the phone right now. I had one of each size in my basket at some point and didnt get them. Thats not fail

Just got off the phone with a rep. They said their system updates every 2-3 min and that why i was able to have the shoes in the cart but not check out. When others were making it to the payment screen and buying them and the system updated it would empty the cart due to them being sold out. He also said they are going to do another release but he didnt know when or how many.
Its just BS if you ask me.

But I want to give you Aliens fan some advice especially the cosplayers.
If somebody here or elsewhere offered custom scratch made Stompers, I think they would run around $300 or more, maybe $500
So, if you guys see them on Ebay for a affordable price, I would buy them.
You are basically getting a replica movie item made by the company and not a third party company or customizer.
And I have feeling these will go up in price quick and by the end of the year, maybe close to $1k
the problem these were made in low numbers and didn't even match the same numbers of the fans and sneaker collectors.

This an explanation of how their checkout system failed. You should not be able to put anything in your cart if it is not available. If you are able to put it in your cart you should be able to proceed with checkout.......just like in a real store. Imagine if you waited outside a store on black Friday, ran to the item you wanted, put it in your shopping cart and on the way to the register, an employee takes it out of your cart. This is what happened to us. It should have been first come first serve starting by the time a person put in in the cart.
I suspect there are collector / retailers that got first dibs. Us plebeians are left chasing a plastic carrot on a string.
Just checked eBay and they are all on there for 3, 4 or 5 times the Reebok asking price. Yet again the real fans get scr*wed and the scalpers make a fortune. Reebok dropped the ball on this one.....just as bad as Pepsi. I don't think I can be bothered with these corporate releases any more. The marketing people at these organisations are completely clueless about the fan base for these items. If they had brain cells they would appreciate that they don't need to make these stupid limited releases because the market is out there. The only ones they hurt are the real fans and themselves. I am getting off the box now.............................
