Here is the progress we made today . Started off we were going to do the "typical" paint job, but then we talked a bit and I always do things completely different, so I gave Walter creative freedom--told him kind of what I wanted, and this is what he came up with I was blown away.
The entire head was covered with Pros-aide first and let dry. Then he proceeded to cover the thing with opaque white. I was kind of stunned but he said that it would allow the other colors to pop more when they were applied. He was right.
Bio--not going with this build, but just painted up--kind of the Arctic look
and the dreads--complety Walters Idea here.
Jason X came by as well and we played with some resin. He got his full set of sectioned dreads and some with the white rubber tips and veining. He said he was jealous of this mask!!
We had so much fun today. Didnt want to leave, but this stupid surgery finally got the best of me and I had to go.
Walter took the feet with him as well as a practice mask I had and another bio.
He left me with a complete Iwata Eclipse paint gun and supplies as well-- for me to keep!!! Love my brothers in the Lord and here in the Lair. Look for Walter to be signing up soon and starting to post as well.
