PVC saber in the works

God, I’ve got so many projects underway, it’s a bit overwhelming. lol.

Anyway, this hilt is made entirely out of PVC pipe. I took a design that can easily be accurately made using layered tubing, no machining or 3D printing required, and added my own flare to it. I used the Imperial Knight emitter section and removed the entire grip portion in favour of a Kota style leather grip. I’ll update once the pieces are cut and assembled.

Here’s how it’s going. I made a last minute change and shortened the switch area. I’d say it looks better.
