Prop Money Graphics Help (EDIT: COMPLETED)

I'm trying to recreate the 1960's - 1980's style Earl Hays prop money used in lots of old movies and TV show. (Also used for the BTTF 'Biff' money.)

I have good scans of every denomination, but I am having difficulty creating a clean version of the green seal without the text denomination overlay.
I want the seal to be separate so that I can print the green elements first and all the colors will be sharp and clear.

EDIT: Figured out what I was doing wrong and was able to get a clean composite image of the seal

Just playing with these low res images I got this, in about 10 minutes. If you send me the hi-res scans I can probably get it much better.

I think I figured out what I was doing wrong. I have a pretty decent composite seal put together now.
