Whats the "Prisma" app?

Any background?

It's a mobile-only app, but I use it in conjunction with Koplayer on my PC, which give it more versatility (you can save the images, then photoshop them the way you want). The Jack Sparrow picture above is straight from Prisma, but the others I tweaked afterwards.
