I used nailpolish remover. Wathever thinner product you use, try it first on the plastic part that's under the blue cap, to be sure it is not affecting the plastic itself...

I made that picture. And yes, it was slightly altered.
Even though this outfit were reported to Amazon and Pepsi by a member earlier in the thread they have clearly done nothing about it........so crime doesn't pay huh! So it was one per customer or as many as you can sneak out the back door!

Finally ordered an American Pepsi Perfect. Got it for $56 shipped, so not too bad.

I think the conclusion was that if left indefinitely, the chemicals in the Pepsi will eventually warp the bottle and the Pepsi itself will become undrinkable and potentially toxic, because of the chemicals that would leach into it from the plastic, so best to empty it and rinse with water. If you ever need the full look you could always re-fill it for a short period of time if required. Hope that helps :thumbsup

If I had a 2nd bottle, I would mix this 'epoxy' (AKA liquid glass) I can get locally and add a tint, partially fill and do it as a slush cast. All 2 part resins are exothermic, and given the heat they give off, you would not want to fill the bottle like these with that because of the risk of plastic warp. Bit this stuff stays cold, even after degassing. And it sets hard. For a display piece, this would be "Perfect".
